Some Scrambles in the Canadian Rockies

A set of cascading waterfalls in a really remote and pristine wooded mountain terrain.

Getting There

found at the end of a 40KM dirt road from Tumbler ridge , which in turn is 100KM of the main road between Prince George and Dawson Creek British Columbia. You have to go out of your way to find this place but its pretty cool.

The Treks

Well marked trail but with a lot of fallen trees.  the key decision is what campsite to stop at.  Trott is at KM 14.5 and would be the obvious choice were it not for the terrible mosquitos and boggy shaded situation of the camp.  the falls are 24KM so a long day with a pack. The route is mostly wooded, follows the river for some time and a nice Ridgeline.

A TRIPTOMANIAC has a mental disorder that compels them to travel. Unlike a normal traveller, who will journey because they want or need to, a triptomaniac does it for the sheer fun and thrill.
